These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jua9 platform and all its services. By using the jua9 website, mobile version, or any related service, you will be considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jua9 is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each payment method. Deposit processing time depends on the chosen payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from jua9 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

jua9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on suspicious or unusual financial transactions and, where necessary, to place withdrawals on hold. jua9 has the right to report information to law enforcement agencies if there is any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit on jua9, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka). A minimum deposit is required to claim this bonus, and a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met before withdrawal.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is 15 times the combined amount of the bonus and the deposit. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, and you must wager ৳30,000 before making a withdrawal. Wagering contribution may vary by game.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• jua9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses will remain active within the time limit set by jua9.

4.4 VIP Program

The jua9 VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Players can gradually advance to higher tiers through regular play. jua9 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and rewards.

5.1 Game Fairness

All games operated on the jua9 platform use fully certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each bet is completely independent and does not depend on the result of any previous bet.

5.2 Software Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error or software issue, jua9 reserves the right to void that bet and, where applicable, refund the wagered amount. Winnings resulting from a faulty game will be considered void.

5.3 Game Providers

jua9 works in partnership with various leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. The game providers' own terms and conditions may apply.

5.4 Service Interruptions

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, power failure, or any other reason, jua9 reserves the right to review that session's outcome and make a decision accordingly. Server logs will be considered the definitive record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jua9 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information to obtain bonuses.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person.
• Using any kind of automated bot or software.
• Collusion or placing coordinated bets with other players.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Using another user's identity or engaging in fraud.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and any remaining balance and winnings may be forfeited.

9.1 Closure by jua9

jua9 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Account Policy

If an account remains completely inactive for 12 months or more, jua9 reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee or archive the account. The relevant user will be notified by email in advance.

The jua9 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. jua9 will not be held responsible for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss of internet connection or network issues.
• Failure or delay by a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events, such as natural disasters.
• Loss resulting from a player's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Financial loss resulting from gaming decisions — the risk of any bet rests entirely with the player.

The maximum compensation provided by jua9 will in no case exceed the total value of the transaction in question.
